At the heart of the Beach House experience is our sand. We imported 30,000 cubic feet of custom-milled, heated sand. Each grain custom milled to replicate the size, shape, and feel of California's legendary Hermosa Beach sand. Beneath the sand runs five linear miles of radiant heating coils, so the sand is always warm to the touch—even in the middle of the harshest New England winter.
To keep the air fresh and the sand clean, we use advanced dust-management technology and hospital-grade UV sterilization. The result? A pristine, authentic beach experience you won’t find anywhere else.
