Beach House Boston was born from a simple idea: summer shouldn’t end when the weather turns cold. Founded by a group of friends who bonded over beach volleyball along the Charles River, we wanted to create a place where community, play, and friendship could thrive year-round. In 2017, that dream became a reality with the opening of New England’s first all-season indoor beach.
At the heart of the Beach House experience is our sand. We imported 15,000 square feet of custom-milled sand designed to replicate the feel of Hermosa Beach, CA. Beneath it runs radiant heating so the sand is always warm to the touch—even in the middle of a New England winter.
To keep the air fresh and the sand clean, we use advanced dust-management technology and hospital grade UV sterilization. The result? A pristine, authentic beach experience you won’t find anywhere else.

Our facility is designed to deliver more than just games—it’s an environment built for connection
